Responsibilities:

1. Handle childcare and Children Law matters.
2. Develop a specialism in childcare law.
3. Collaborate within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

1. Solid grounding in childcare matters gained at a respected firm.
2. Experience dealing with the Legal Aid Agency and Legal Aid matters is highly beneficial.
3. Membership of resolution and Children’s Panel membership is desired but not essential.
