Maintenance Engineer – I currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Air Conditioning Engineer or a Maintenance Engineer with an F-Gas qualification, to work in and around Central London on various retail maintenance contracts within the area.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you\’ll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive air conditioning maintenance across dedicated sites, carrying out a range of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services.
Salary: £43,400 per annum + door-to-door pay for travel time (worth roughly £5k per year)
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Tasks for the Air Conditioning Engineer will include:
- Repairs and maintenance of cooling units and AHU\’s
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more
- Supporting with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs when required
