• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)

• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing

• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets

• BMS System – Monitor (i.e.

Hot & Colds)

• UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings

• Painting & Decorating

• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture

• Plastering

• Fixing Furniture

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a hotel and can work as an Multi Skilled Engineer., * Previous experience working in Hotels

• Previous experience as an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Painting & Decorating & Plumbing

• 08:00am – 17:00pm – Monday – Friday (May include weekends)

• Shift 4 on 4 off – Day shift or Earlys & Lates

• Temporary with potential to go permanent
