Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced FM Property Manager to manage 6 or 7 of those buildings, ensuring that all contracted hard and soft FM services at are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will also be required to ensure that H&S compliance is maintained, that tenants are happy and occupancy rates are high.

You will be calculating and managing service charge and capex budgets and leading on refurb/ replacement and upgrade projects within your portfolio.

With a salary band of £48k to £55k we will consider candidates from 4 years + experience. There is a discretionary bonus scheme, good pension that increases with service, private healthcare and expensed travel.
