Childcare Paralegal
Permanent Position
Hybrid working – 1-2 days a month in the office
£27,700 – £32,500
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a local authority in Yorkshire in recruiting a childcare paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis
The role entails supporting lawyers with busy caseloads of care proceedings and pre-proceedings, the successful candidate for the childcare paralegal role will be responsible for:
– Preparing bundles
– Gathering together witness statements
– Liaising with social workers
– Undertake instructions for Court action from Client Officers on behalf of the
– Instructions to Counsel
– Undertook Legal research where requested by the Section Head or Team Leader
This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with existing childcare experience to progress within a busy, supportive authority. Offering a competitive salary and an extremely flexible working pattern, the candidate would be required to attend the office twice per month.
