We’re looking for a passionate, innovative, and growth-focused Sr. Sales Manager to join our Omnicom UK agency team. In this role, you’ll drive media innovation, elevate our offerings, and help forge meaningful partnerships with top agencies.
This role is a 12-month maternity cover, but we put a lot of effort into finding the right talent for our teams. If the collaboration works well for both sides, we always strive to find permanent roles before an FTC contract ends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with Omnicom agencies, including MGOMD UK and OmniGOV.
- Manage and expand high-value partnerships, driving incremental growth with support from sales leadership.
- Conduct regular client interactions, including meetings, calls, and proactive outreach to build strong pipelines.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in direct media ad sales, with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Deep relationships throughout the UK market with a focus on Omnicom, particularly including – MGOMD UK and OmniGOV.
- Comprehensive understanding of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
- Demonstrated experience in sales-focused or partnership role selling through agencies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas and build trust with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and revenue expectations.
