We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.
The role involves greeting customers into the Service department, checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer\’s vehicle, liaising with the Workshop Technicians where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle, arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments.
Requirements:
* Customer Facing, customer service experience – motor trade experience previously as a Service Advisor
* Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
* Computer literate;
* Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
