Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – 3 months – Predominantly Remote Working – Part Time – Up to £55 per hour – Midlands
Position: Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Part-time (2-3 days a week)
Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, with the exception of attending Committee Meetings 1 day per week
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority handling a caseload of Housing Litigation matters. Prior experience in attending Introductory Tenancy Reviews, Taxi/Alcohol Licensing and/or Planning Committee’s would be desirable.
Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including addressing queries regarding Housing Legislation
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- Attend Committee Meetings such as Introductory Tenancy Reviews, Taxi/Alcohol Licensing, or Planning
