Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build, residential, refurbishment and commercial schemes across the Country.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Design Manager to work on a brand new project in South East London, Southwark.

The project consists of 800 units, student beds and new build flats.

You will have a Design Coordinator reporting into you for support and the position will report into the Head of Design.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience with a main contractor or developer. It is essential you have experience in building either student beds or flats, ideally coming from an architectural background.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £85k – £90k + full package and bonus system on top.
