My client, a leading professional membership body based in Central London with over 19,000 members of all ages, stages or disciplines across the UK, is currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Events.
If you have excellent experience in marketing and events, particularly in the development of marketing strategies to promote a membership organisation, professional body, trade association, not for profit, or similar, we would love to hear from you.
The Role of Head of Marketing and Events
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the professional body’s membership, benefits, and events, ensuring strong engagement with the veterinary community utilising a range of channels.
Your main focus will be on member acquisition, retention, and engagement. You’ll be data-driven and enjoy analysing market trends and the competitor landscape to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation, and income generation.
As a brand ambassador, you’ll ensure consistent creative and messaging across all marketing materials and be accountable for all marketing channels, including email, website, social media, advertising, direct mail, and events.
As our go-to marketing expert, you’ll provide expertise, insight, and advice to the senior leadership team and Board when required.
