This Naked brand management role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who’s passionate about consumers, brands, and thinking creatively to generate profitable growth. The brand leads in the on-the-go smoothie segment but there is still enormous headroom for growth – with a large number of consumers yet to discover the brand and the portfolio ripe for product innovation. We’re looking for someone to disrupt, think differently, and break category norms. Your goal will be to cut through the noisy juice & smoothies category, build awareness, and drive conversion.
Working as part of a relatively small and entrepreneurial brand and insights team, you’ll play a leading role in growing the Naked brand, helping to transform penetration, share, and brand equity and in turn drive financial growth.
Your responsibilities in the role will be:
- Responsible for leading the short to mid-term brand growth strategy and brand plans which will transform penetration, share, and brand equity and in turn drive financial growth.
- Leverage consumer and market insight to inform & shape a breakthrough winning growth plan.
- Lead the portfolio renovation and innovation strategy and execution across both packaging and product (from Gate 0 to Gate 5).
- Work closely with the UK&I Marketing Director to develop outstanding advertising & communications plans.
- Deliver brilliant PR, experiential and partnership activity.
- Partner with the head of social & digital and the shopper marketing team in the brilliant end-to-end execution.
- Work closely with insights team and category team to be one step ahead on brand performance & drivers, proactively recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back into the business as required.
- Line management of one direct report.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in developing and delivering FMCG brand plans which have resulted in significant brand growth.
- Experience in building and executing creative, disruptive media and comms plans – you are adept at thinking differently and inspiring and exciting stakeholders with the opportunity.
- Social, digital and experiential are second nature to you.
- Highly experienced in developing and executing product innovation – from concept ideation, through consumer research and validation, to in-market execution.
- You take ownership and approach your role with accountability and a business-minded perspective.
- A strong collaborator – at TBG we work cross-functionally every day. You’ll have the skills to galvanise others with contagious passion and celebrate collective successes.
- Able to distil complexity and create clarity.
- Highly curious and consumer centric, with a natural passion for brands.
- Proactively interested in consumer trends and behaviour.
- Analytical and performance-minded. You are able to leverage a range of data sources to identify key performance drivers and recommend actions.
- A great communicator both verbally and in written comms, able to land your key messages and win hearts and minds.
- Wired for action, proactive, entrepreneurial & willing to take some risks.
- Typically, candidates bring 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, but we welcome applications from those with equivalent experience or transferable skills.
This role is based in Farringdon (London) and it will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.
