In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor, and develop our internal PPC team to deliver successful, high-performing paid search, shopping, and display campaigns across multiple UK and international websites, working with a multi-million pound click budget. You’ll take ownership of all PPC strategies—optimising spend to maximise ROI, analysing performance data to uncover actionable insights, and continually improving campaigns through industry-leading approaches. By staying on top of the latest trends and technologies, you’ll test new channels and tactics to drive incremental conversions. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and share your knowledge, enthusiasm, and innovative ideas will shape not only our PPC strategy but also inspire the wider Marketing Team.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, particularly on Google and Bing Ads, within an eCommerce environment.
  • Be very hands-on; we rarely rely on agencies.
  • Experience leading and growing a team, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and derive insights that lead to improved campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of other PPC platforms and strategies, and how they can benefit a fast-moving eCommerce business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • An understanding of how macroeconomic trends and political events impact financial markets.
  • Be willing to approach things differently and challenge the norm.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, especially with numbers and data analysis.

Salary: up to £70,000 depending on experience

Employee bonus scheme - up to 30% based on company performance.
