The Pre-Sales Consultant at Vizrt is pivotal in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance during the Pre-Sales phase. This position involves working closely with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and designing tailored solutions using Vizrt\’s innovative solutions and services. As part of a highly collaborative team, the Pre-Sales Consultant must excel at working within a team environment, contributing to shared goals, and collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments. The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for preparing and delivering solution demonstrations and presentations, articulating the technical features, advantages, and benefits of Vizrt solutions, and addressing any technical questions from prospective customers. By bridging the gap between client needs and Vizrt\’s offerings, the Pre-Sales Consultant ensures that our technology empowers customers to achieve their goals.

  • Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers on Vizrt\’s solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver Pre-Sales support and technical guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales to create and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market adoption of Vizrt\’s graphics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals and challenges, and ensuring their satisfaction through ongoing support.
  • Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Design and develop tailored technical solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.
  • Prepare and review proposals, quotes, and other documentation to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, R&D, Customer Success Manager, and professional services, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers during implementation and deployment phases to ensure successful adoption of Vizrt solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements relevant to Vizrt\’s Solutions and solutions.
  • Represent Vizrt at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase solutions and foster customer relationships.
  • A bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology, can be helpful.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical Pre-Sales role, with expertise in real-time graphics, virtual studio technologies, sports, and cloud and remote production.
  • Experience in the ProAV space is a plus, particularly with professional audio, video, and systems workflows.
  • The candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the relevant Solutions, services, and technologies.
  • They should be able to articulate technical details and benefits to customers effectively.
  • The candidate should have experience in a technical sales environment, including working with sales teams, providing Pre-Sales support, and delivering technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Experience with the sales process, such as lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure, is also valuable.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide solutions, and build relationships.
  • They should be able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely and work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
  • The candidate should have strong analytical skills, solve complex technical problems, and make decisions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • The candidate should understand the industry and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Willingness to work out of a Vizrt office when not traveling.
  • Ability to travel internationally, including at short notice when required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred; proficiency in French is a plus.
