Work closely with the CFO, Head of Finance and I.T to shape and deliver future payroll strategy.

Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, payroll reconciliations carried out and all legislative timescales are adhered to.

Responsible for managing a payroll administrator and support with any queries when required.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Collaborate with other departments such as HR and Finance teams when required.

Ensure compliance with UK Laws (HMRC) and internal policies.

Confident in liaising with Internal and External Auditors and manage payroll tax audits.

Oversee processing of payroll changes and system upgrades.

Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.

Up to date knowledge of UK Payroll Laws and procedures

Experience of working with outsourced Payroll provider (MoorePay or similar)
