A well-established law firm are seeking a Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial team as part of ongoing growth efforts. The role offers exposure to high-quality, challenging work for renowned companies, similar to those typically found in prestigious London-based and national firms.
This position involves handling a variety of Commercial/IP/IT/Data matters, supporting the team’s efforts to grow the firm’s commercial work portfolio. The successful candidate will predominantly focus on a broad range of commercial contracts, some IP assignments, and commercial due diligence for M&A projects.
This role offers the opportunity to handle both individually assigned matters and contribute to larger team transactions. Business development is an integral part of the role, with expectations to build relationships with both existing and target clients and referrers.
