Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Architect who will take ownership of a key project involving the design of a new solution for improving their internal training systems.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable architecture experience across Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Systems (LXS), and HCM.

Key Responsibilities/Skills Required

  1. Creation of an as-is view of business capabilities, supporting tech capabilities, and related data/application/tech.
  2. Creation of a Solution Vision to incorporate the architectural principles, business requirements, and potential transition stages.
  3. Creation of a High-Level Design to provide the direction for delivery of the solution.
  4. Low Level Design and implementation adherence.
  5. Wider appreciation of the identity and employee lifecycle.
  6. Workday experience.
