WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Build low latency, scalable, and highly performant trading services in RUST, including Order Management System (OMS), exchange gateways, risk management systems, etc.
2. Enhance and maintain OMS functionality, ensuring efficient order execution, routing, and management in a high-frequency trading environment.
3. Be part of a fast-paced, dedicated engineering team committed to continuously improving and iterating on cutting-edge systems.
4. Contribute to building out new financial services, systems, and architecture within the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem.
5. Gain exposure to low latency, high throughput techniques and algorithms.
6. Ensure security is prioritized, employing advanced encryption schemes to protect user and company data.
7. Collaborate closely with other tech teams to deliver high-quality products and improve system performance.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Innate curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
• Experience in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience in programming areas such as:
• Multithreading
• Network programming, including multicast
• Performance benchmarking and tuning
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality software, with testing embedded throughout the development lifecycle, including unit, integration, load, capacity, and failure recovery testing.
• Experience with trading systems architecture, including OMS, exchange gateway connectivity, market data ingestion, and high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• A pragmatic approach to developing clean, effective solutions to complex problems.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems.
