We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Lead to join our expanding global brand. In this role, you will take charge of our CRM strategy, leveraging data insights to improve the entire customer journey. Role Overview: This role is ideal for a seasoned CRM and retention marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career. As an eCommerce Lead you will be responsible for designing and executing an advanced CRM program, using the latest technologies. You will oversee CRM systems, retention strategies, and personalization initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce & Technology.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and commercially focused individual who can take ownership of the CRM program and drive its success. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy to enhance customer experience, retention, and lifetime value.
  2. Manage and optimize CRM technology tools, including CRM, CDP, ESP, and personalization platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Sweet Analytics, and Movable Ink.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer data insights and design impactful, results-driven campaigns and automations.
  4. Analyze data to create personalized customer journeys, using automation for onboarding, win-back, and other tailored flows.
  5. Use a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize strategies, identify areas for improvement in the customer journey, and implement A/B testing to drive better outcomes.
