PA to the Head Teacher

This is a full time, temp-to-perm role that will see you working alongside a Headteacher to this inclusive, progressive Secondary School. \\nCommunicating with parents, staff and students via telephone, email and in-person. \\nBe able to cover Reception occasionally. \\nDraft letters for suspensions and exclusions.

\\nLiaise with all levels of management within the school and Trust. \\nOrganise refreshments for staff events/visitors. \\nLocation – Birmingham \\n Position – Head Teachers PA \\n Type of work – Office support \\n Start date – ASAP \\n Likely Duration – Long term, on-going \\n Position end date – on-going \\n Contract type – Temporary \\n 3 days a week \\n Rate of pay – GBPNegotiable \\nExperience, Training and Qualifications \\n\\nUp-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
