What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the Client’s Trusted Advisor – Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, run discovery sessions, and define the perfect solution roadmap.
- Design & Deliver Excellence – Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that align with client goals.
- Drive Project Success – Play a key role in delivering complex projects, ensuring solutions meet time and contractual commitments.
- Stay Hands-On – Work closely with teams throughout the design, build, and testing phases, ensuring top-tier quality in every project.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with Sales, Delivery, and PMO teams to align expectations, scope, and project timelines—keeping everyone in the loop.
- Champion Best Practices – Review solution designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure projects follow industry standards and Microsoft best practices.
- Test, Deploy, Succeed – Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
- Keep Learning & Innovating – Stay ahead of Microsoft’s latest updates, maintain certifications, and share key insights with the team.
- Support Beyond Go-Live – Work with the Client Success team to provide ongoing expertise and ensure smooth adoption.
