As our Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, assist in menu creation, and ensure that our food quality consistently exceeds expectations. You’ll be a key player in maintaining a five-star food hygiene rating, managing stock and ordering, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure everything runs smoothly, even in the Head Chef’s absence., * Collaborate on Food Preparation: Work with the Head Chef to prepare meals for weddings, events, and the restaurant
