Project Management Officer\\n\\nContract Type: Temporary (3 months)\\nLocation: Reading, Hybrid (Site visits up to 2 days a week)\\nRate: £490 – £530 per day, inside IR35Our client is embarking on an ambitious new build program and seeks a skilled Project Management Officer to provide crucial support during a period of reduced capacity. This role involves managing multiple capital projects simultaneously, with project values reaching several million pounds.\\n\\nDay-to-day of the role:\\n\\nManage up to five capital projects or programmes concurrently, requiring effective prioritisation and project management skills.\\nLiaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of new build projects.\\nCoordinate community consultation and engagement activities, including the development of publicity and public consultation materials.\\nMaintain accurate project records and information, including the formulation of timely highlight reports.\\nManage financial aspects of the projects, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.Required Skills & Qualifications:\\n\\nNVQ Level 2 or higher.\\nProject Management Qualification, e.g., Prince 2 Foundation Stage.\\nProficient in IT, including the design and use of spreadsheets, databases, project management tools, and MS Office Professional.\\nSignificant experience in a Project Management environment, particularly managing building and related projects.\\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.\\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.\\nAdaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.Benefits:\\n\\nOpportunity to contribute to significant community projects.\\nHybrid working model, allowing flexibility and not much office requirement.To apply for the Project Management Officer position, please submit your CV and detailing your relevant experience
