Location: Hybrid – UK BASED CANDIDATES

Package: Competitive base + bonus + equity

Stage: £6m ARR, targeting £20m ARR by 2028

🚀 The Opportunity:

As CFO, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for driving financial performance, operational scalability, and long-term value creation. You’ll lead the finance function through a period of rapid growth, professionalisation, and preparation for future value events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the business
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function, including FP&A, reporting, and controls
• Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement across the business
• Implement scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Lead on SaaS metrics, pricing strategy, and customer profitability analysis
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Act as the primary interface with the PE sponsor, ensuring alignment on KPIs and strategic goals
• Support international expansion and readiness for future fundraising or exit

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven CFO; experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled business, that must be PE or VC-backed
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, Rule of 40, etc.)
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
• Experience scaling finance functions and implementing systems in high-growth environments
• Confident working with investors and presenting at board level
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
