We are offering a basic salary of £35,000, an OTE OF £38,000 plus an opportunity to earn a £1,500 over-performance bonus! We are also offering a £2,000 sign on bonus for this role. £1,000 in month one and a £1,000 retention bonus in month 13! The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership, and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times. It is essential that you have previous experience of working within the Motor Trade, in the Workshop or Senior Technician background.
