Project Overview: Critical Testing Role: The role involves overseeing critical testing for a Rail ITSO tap and go solution, similar to London's Oyster Card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Testing Phase: Oversee and manage the entire testing phase, ensuring the process is both thorough and efficient.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to reduce the testing period without compromising the quality of the outcomes.
- Risk Management: Ensure that robust risk management practices are in place and adhered to throughout the testing phase.
- Hands-on Testing Support: Provide hands-on testing support, as there is no dedicated testing team available.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, who are currently handling the testing tasks.

Small Team: The existing team is small and currently unable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
