Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage restructuring projects from inception to completion.
2. Support corporates to develop and implement strategic solutions for clients facing financial distress.
3. Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, including detailed business reviews.
4. Manage the team including recruitment, guiding junior team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in restructuring, insolvency, or related fields.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of managing successful projects.
