Reporting directly to the Director of Product and Technology, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, setting the direction for scalable growth, commercial impact, and outstanding product execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Reed.co.uk’s Jobs offering.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive customer-centric product development within teams, leveraging data, user insights, and market trends to inform decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and differentiation in a competitive job marketplace.
- Own key product metrics and be accountable for overall product performance, ensuring we’re delivering measurable business impact.
- Champion agile and lean product development methodologies for effective execution and predictable delivery.
