A boutique Investment Management firm is recruiting a Head of Compliance to run their day-to-day compliance and all complex project work.

Seeking someone with 8+ years of experience in Compliance in the UK with exposure to an Investment Company. You will have ideally worked at a boutique platform for at least some of your career. This position will work with the main board, Partners, and all stakeholders, and you will have the ability to work independently and hold the SMF16 / 17 title.

Working closely with all relevant regulators, this role may have some cross-jurisdictional work, though extensive experience of this is not required.

The team is seeking a motivated self-starter who can blend into their high-profile but calm culture and add value and efficiency to their process.
