Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an organisation whose mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities?
As Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will co-ordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring it’s aligned with our organisational priorities and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. It’s a varied, ‘hands-on’ role – you will design and deliver engaging and inclusive learning solutions as well as lead on the ongoing development of our learning management system and co-ordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
