Are you passionate about beauty products that make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join Standout as a Territory Manager representing a brand in First Aid Beauty whose goal is to help their customers look and feel confident in their own skin using carefully formulated products.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their career within Field Sales whilst maintaining their flexibility and work-life balance as the role is covering 5 days per month working between Monday – Thursday .
What will you be doing?
As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of the brand through visits to some of the UK’s biggest retailers. You will take ownership of a designated call file of prestigious stores including Boots, Selfridges, and Sephora. You will lead physical visits with retail partners and build strong relationships with store staff, training them on the First Aid Beauty brands which P&G offers. Additionally, you will be focused on merchandising in stores.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives on building strong relationships, upskilling staff, and can work independently. The ideal person will have some of the following qualities:
- Evidence of a keen interest or some experience within the beauty industry.
- Experience of working in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs.
- Previous experience supporting or representing a brand of any size.
- Ideally have experience in training others.
- Experience in a client-facing environment/stakeholder management.
- Experience in reporting through programs like PowerBi.
