We are looking for an Engineer (m/f/d) Mechanical Design to be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the conceptualisation and design of mechanical and mechatronic components in the following areas:
- Hydraulics (power steering, engine and gearbox actuation)
- Pedals and steering column
- Brake system
- Cooling systems
The successful candidate will:
- Have a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Show first experience in design of motorsport components
- Have good design skills in conjunction with good knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and materials
- Show knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Be proficient with CATIA V5 regarding solid modelling, surfacing & drafting, FEM and the classical calculation methods
- Have knowledge of Teamcenter and MS Office
- Show a professional level of English proficiency
