Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing division within a well-established company. The successful candidate will be the main person for planning and delivering projects within a time frame that meets client expectations. There will be travel expected in this role, with some stay-away necessary.

The Mechanical Project Manager will be tasked with working on projects from inception to completion. A background in Construction or Building Services is beneficial; however, the client’s main priority is strong Mechanical knowledge.

Your role as a Mechanical Project Manager will include:

  1. Conducting site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, cost estimation, and client coordination.
  2. Developing and managing project schedules.
  3. Leading project teams to ensure technical precision in project deliverables.

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will have:

  1. Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills.
  2. IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous.
