Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
2. Serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
3. Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
4. Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issues during site visits.
6. Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers.
2. A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering.
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
4. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
5. A valid driving licence.
