Finance Officer\\n\\nEdinburgh, Full Time On Site\\n\\n£25k – £30k + Benefits\\n\\nMy client based in Edinburgh are recruiting for a Finance Officer who has experience of Quickbooks to join their operations team of 6.\\n\\nAs a Finance Officer you will wokring full time onsite and will be reporting directly to the CFO\\n\\nAs a Finance Officer this role will be varied and everyday will not be the same, which will make this role very exciting!\\n\\nFinance Officer Role Details:\\n\\nResponsibility for posting all transactions into Quickbooks accounts package.\\nIncluding Supplier Invoices & Credits,\\nManaging daily purchase orders\\nManaging suppliers' payments\\nAbility to do accurately undertake monthly bank and direct debit reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions.\\nProcessing employee expenses\\nAssisting the Head of Operations and CFO with any additional tasks towards the efficient running of the office\\nSkills / Experience\\n\\nA minimum of 3 years' experience in a hands-on financial role, ideally using Quickbooks or similar accounting package\\nWorking towards or AAT qualified, support may be offered towards completing qualification\\nExperienced user of Microsoft Office applications\\nA willingness to learn and to continuously develop\\nBe an excellent team player and work in synergy with our Operations Team\\nAn eagerness to help troubleshoot and problem-solve\\nAn exceptional telephone manner\\nAn organised mindset and the ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure\\nFull UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicleServices advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.\\nWe will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
