HGV Class 2 Driver

Start times AM 04:00 – 09:00

• Pre-booked 5/7 monthly advance rota

Valid Category C driving license.

• Minimum 6 months experience in driving HGV Class 2 vehicles.

• Experience in retail multi-drop deliveries.

• No more than 6 penalty points on your license.

• Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.

PAYE hourly rates for the role are as below:

• Monday – Friday £16.10

• Saturday & Sundays £20.13

• Monday – Friday Overtime hours After 45 Hours £21.41

• Weekend Overtime applicable after 45 Hours £25.44

• Bank Holidays £24.15

Start times are between 04:00 – 09:00 following a pre-booked 5/7 monthly rota, including some weekends. Shifts range from 8-12 hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours paid.

This role involves conducting store deliveries from our client’s Bury premises, operating a tail lift for caged food product deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in physical work handling fresh, frozen, and chilled produce.
