Software Engineering Team Lead – C# / .Net ️ Health-Tech Platform REMOTE UK £100,000 – £110,000 I‘m working with a SaaS startup within an established brand in the health tech space who are looking to add a Software Engineering Team Lead to their team to help shape the future of dental software solutions Their product is SaaS Dental Software, from practise management software, patient marketing, practise development, Patient communication, Dental Analytics and patient scans. They are now developing cloud-based practice management software that makes it easier for dental professionals to manage their practices. What You’ll Do Lead a team of talented engineers to design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions using C# and .NET Oversee ETL and data pipelines , ensuring seamless data flow and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Mentor and guide the team in best practices, driving continuous improvement in code quality and development processes. Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the software roadmap. Looking For Proven experience with C# and .NET . Strong knowledge of data management and ETL processes . Prior experience in a Team Lead role, or a desire to step into one.
