An entry level proactive and analytical Financial Controller for a high-growth, PE-backed group. This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career financial controller with 4-5 years of post-qualified experience. Joining a high-performing finance team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal and hands on role in establishing best practices, supporting growth initiatives, and enhancing financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in a fast-paced environment, such as a consumer brand or similar high-growth sector, combined with strong technical accounting skills and a passion for process improvement in a scaling business. Key Responsibilities : Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead and manage day-to-day financial operations, including monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
