Senior / Associate Estimator – MEP\\nLondon\\n£80-100k\\n\\nAs part of its ongoing growth strategy, this international consultancy is looking for an experienced Cost Planning professional with a strong MEP background to join its UK Data Centre team.\\n\\nPerson specification:\\n\\n•\\tDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline \\n•\\tStrong technical delivery experience\\n•\\tStrong experience in Data Centres or other MEP heavy sectors such as Healthcare, Pharma, Hi-Tech Manufacturing\\n•\\tMRICS or membership of other relevant professional body \\n•\\tAbility to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner \\n•\\tStrong Feasibility and cost planning experience \\n•\\tExperience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services\\n•\\tClient facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery \\n•\\tStrong MEP experience\\n•\\tStakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts \\n•\\tA track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines \\n•\\tA team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a genuinely great company.\\nFor further information please get in touch – (url removed)
