Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Managing controlled access via the Video Management platform (IMMIX).
- Monitoring electronic alarm signals.
- Providing a high standard of customer care through telephone services in line with security protocols.
- Preparing reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with emergency services when required.
Person Specification:
- Must hold a valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations - PSS).
- UK Driving Licence.
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the role.
- Proven experience in a control room environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
