About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of global B2B events. You will drive campaign performance across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful delegate acquisition, engagement, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve delegate and revenue targets
- Create content and copy for email, web, social media, and other digital channels
- Manage campaign budgets and performance analytics, optimising for ROI
- Build and maintain media and partner relationships to amplify reach
- Oversee website content, SEO/PPC performance, and paid digital strategy
- Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot) to segment audiences and monitor campaign impact
- Collaborate with production, sales, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Report on key marketing metrics and provide insight-driven recommendations
- Contribute to team development through coaching, sharing best practices, and training support
- Lead on campaign innovation and continuous improvement
About the Ideal Candidate

Key Skills & Attributes:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in conferences or exhibitions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability
- Skilled in email marketing, CRM tools, and audience segmentation
- Experience in SEO, PPC, social media strategy, and digital analytics
- Highly organised, with strong project and time management skills
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret results and act on insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passionate about audience experience, innovation, and delivering measurable impact
