Job Description:
Field Radio Maintenance Engineer required to support and maintain radio communications systems and 3rd party related equipment throughout London. Key skills include:
- Private mobile radio equipment including Tetra, DMR, MTP1327, analogue;
- TCP/IP routing;
- GSM, VoIP, fixed line comms and microwave solutions;
- Installation and maintenance of radio systems infrastructure; Radio Frequency (RF) design, programming of radio terminals and base station technology;
- Strong experience working as a maintenance engineer;
- Valid driving license and good driving record;
- Effective oral and written communications skills and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to others.
Your duties will include radio system maintenance activities, equipment build, and system documentation, such as Risk Assessments, Preventative Maintenance Schedules, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and Site Survey Reports.
