This collaborative and strategic position offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our marketing efforts and overall growth.

Why Work With Us:

  • Investment in staff CPD, with study days every month for your own personal development
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work/life balance
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays off and a 2-week closure over Christmas/New Year’s

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and other team members to plan and execute strategies that meet short-term and long-term goals, including the expansion of CMI courses and apprenticeships.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to maximise brand awareness and support business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of email marketing campaigns through platforms like Outlook, Mailchimp, and Brevo, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and company goals.
  • Manage advertising strategy and execution, focusing on social media advertising to complement our social strategy and expand our advertising efforts over time.
  • Manage press release creation and distribution to enhance brand recognition and reputation.

Content and Collateral Management:

  • Lead content and blog creation efforts to drive engagement and support marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and proofreading of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging.
