Job Description

Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager\\n\\nLocation: WFH 4 days per week, every Thursday at the Thrapston office\\n\\nRate of Pay: £450 per day Umbrella OR £333.40 per day PAYE\\n\\nWorking Hours: Full Time – 37 hours\\n\\nType: Temporary Role 6 Months\\n\\nOpus People Solutions are working with North Northamptonshire Council to recruit for a Business Intelligence Manager.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nYou will have a specific project around assessing performance and governance of NNC partnerships.\\nThere will be another specific project around implementing a new Microsoft Fabric data platform and Power BI dashboards\\nEnsure provision of accurate, robust and reliable business intelligence, using modern visualisation platforms such as Power BI, at operational, tactical and strategic levels for the services that the team supports (including partnerships)\\nLead the improvement of processes for producing data products and analysis, including improving data quality for systems within the areas the team supports\\nSupport the development and transformation of the team and the Council at large to support implementation of data strategy\\nProvide professional leadership around data handling, analytics, analysis and communication for the team and the Council at large \\n\\nPerson Specification:\\n\\nExperience in team manager level work for a data / analysis team in local government\\nSkills in project management\\nExperience of working with a Power BI / Qlik / Tableau data platform deployed across a large organisation.\\nChange Management experience\\nKnowledge of organisational structures and decision-making and governance\\nTechnical knowledge about database concepts and structures\\nExperience of working in a political environment.\\nAwareness of the National and Local Government agenda, current issues and challenges. \\n\\n For more information or to process your application for this role, please apply online now
