Global Talent Attraction & Campaign Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring IHG’s EVP and Employer Brand resonate in local markets, working with regional teams globally to create meaningful impact. From driving brand advocacy to partnering on targeted campaigns, you’ll shape how we attract and engage top talent across the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Activate IHG’s EVP and Employer Brand across global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy.
  • Manage brand integrity by equipping recruitment teams with the right materials, campaigns, and content to optimise performance.
  • Build relationships across multiple teams, including HR, Communications, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure our people’s voices are heard and represented.
  • Own and develop IHG’s User Generated Content (UGC) programmes to showcase authentic employee stories and enhance brand advocacy.
  • Lead initiatives such as global referrals, early careers activation, and targeted attraction strategies to engage priority talent segments.

  • Proven experience in activating EVP and Employer Brand programmes for diverse global audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex campaigns and deliver high-impact strategies tailored to different markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and bring a brand story to life.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, employer brand advocacy, and inclusive attraction strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive employer brand performance.
