About The Role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Middleweight Designer to join our in-house team. If you’re a design thinker, problem solver, and storyteller with a passion for branding, digital, and print, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and commercial teams to create everything from digital campaigns to corporate presentations—bringing fresh ideas while keeping our brand identity strong and consistent. A strong portfolio showing off your creativity and innovative thinking is a must.

Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Design Execution: Deliver high-quality design work across a variety of formats, including digital, print, & OOH (Out-of-Home).
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the Addison Lee brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output is aligned with brand standards.
- Campaign Support: Create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, banner ads, landing pages, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and commercial to develop designs that meet business and campaign objectives.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute to ideas sharing sessions, providing fresh and innovative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Print Design: Design and produce print materials, including brochures, flyers, event signage, and corporate presentations.
- Asset Management: Maintain organised design files and ensure all creative assets are accessible and up to date.
- Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from stakeholders and the Head of Brand & Design to refine and improve design work in line with project goals.

Requirements:
- Experience: relevant experience in a design role, ideally in an in-house team or creative agency.
- Portfolio: showcasing a range of work across B2B & commercial collateral for both digital and print mediums.
- Software proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Print design: Experience in print design, understanding of production processes, and preparation of print-ready files.
- Creativity: Ability to translate briefs into clear and visually compelling designs.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and delivering polished final designs.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate with other team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on a range of projects, from fast-turnaround briefs to larger, more strategic initiatives – supporting wider Marketing team on seasonal Activations & Events.
Desirable:
- Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics or video editing using After Effects or similar software.
- Photography/Videography: Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
- UX/UI: Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UX/UI design tools is advantageous.
- Copywriting: A basic understanding of copywriting and how visuals work in tandem with copy to enhance communication.
