THE ROLE
A fantastic position has now become available for a Senior Event Manager, due to continued business growth! You will be responsible for the successful project delivery of events across key accounts, managing and leading the events team per project, driving success.
This is a broad role that includes:
- Creating detailed proposals and creative client pitches
- Creating detailed RFP’s across all aspects of the event for a variety of vendors
- Project managing all external suppliers, including sourcing & negotiation
- Ensure that all project deadlines are met and within budget
- Full management of event operations and the implementation of event processes
- Full budget management of large-scale budgets in multiple currencies
- Communicating project needs across the team to ensure briefs are followed accurately
- End-to-end delivery of events being the lead contact for your clients
- Providing detailed project updates both internally and externally
- Creation and fulfilment of onsite documents including accurate RoS and running schedules
- Creation and management of RAMS and all relevant H&S documentation pertaining to your event
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within an event agency on corporate events. The role calls for a client facing individual who has strong relationship building skills and is a confident communicator at all levels. You will understand how to deliver an event seamlessly, including all touchpoints for successful project management. A strong understanding of AV and production would be highly beneficial.
