Marketing Operations Strategy Specialist

Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Growth Marketing Team in London. In this initial 12-month contract, you’ll play a key part in orchestrating and optimising marketing operations; ensuring smooth planning, reporting, and budget management across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional Planning & Operations – Manage budgets, optimize workflows, and coordinate key marketing workstreams.
- Support Financial & Media Reporting – Work with finance and media teams to track spending, reconcile budgets, and support forecasting.
- Streamline Communication & Documentation – Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, reports, and insights.
- Solve Problems & Improve Processes – Identify challenges, develop solutions, and document best practices for operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in strategic planning & operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Product teams
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and lead initiatives end-to-end
