Job Description:

Our clients who provide relocation services worldwide are looking to appoint a part-time Marketing Executive for their Head Office in Hertfordshire, working hours per week over three consecutive days.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• LinkedIn Marketing: Developing and executing LinkedIn strategies, creating and curating engaging content to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth. Managing the company’s LinkedIn presence, including profile optimisation, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. Utilising LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership, networking, and lead generation initiatives. Analysing LinkedIn performance metrics and leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimise results.
• SEO: Implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Conducting keyword research, optimising website content, and collaborating with the team to develop content strategies that align with SEO goals. Monitoring and analysing website traffic, search rankings, and other SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Marketing Campaigns: Supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Coordinating campaign logistics, including content creation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Developing campaign messaging, creative assets, and landing pages to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
• Event Support & Sales Material: Collaborating with the events team to support the planning and execution of marketing and logistics events, including networking events, conferences, webinars, and virtual events. Contributing to the development of event marketing materials, promotions, and post-event follow-up initiatives. Assisting in creating and editing proposals, presentations. Analysing and reporting on the impact of marketing activities, evaluating progress, and suggesting improvements against targets and budgets. Working with the Sales Director to ensure consistent visual representation of the brand identity, personality, and tone of voice including all content, marketing materials, advertising, socials, imagery, events, partnerships, etc.

Skills Required:

• 3 years B2B and B2C experience
• Proficient in all MS Office programmes
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics
• Able to demonstrate experience in measuring performance using digital analytics, such as GA4, LinkedIn, and Google
• Commercially astute and good with figures
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond well under pressure and manage projects and influence at all levels

We’re keen to speak to creative people who are proficient at producing engaging content for social media platforms and have familiarity with social media management tools. Interested candidates will need to be excellent communicators and hands-on operators to inspire others. Have excellent written English and copywriting skills, as well as be able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In return, the successful Marketing Executive will be offered up to £35,000 pro-rata, in line with experience.
