Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be an integral part of both the UKI and EMEA Marketing Teams, leveraging your digital expertise to drive local customer awareness, acquisition and growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning digital marketing programs, measuring performance digital marketing programs and implement innovative new ways to improve the customer experience.
As an experienced, executional marketer that is both creative and analytical, you stay connected to the details, challenging assumptions and continually testing based on data-driven insights. In this role, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, striving for scalable efficiency, whilst ensuring customer experience is of the highest quality.
The role requires you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the optimal customer engagement strategy.

Key job responsibilities:
- Own and execute acquisition and demand generation plans for UKI.
- Utilise marketing automation to deliver nurture campaigns aligned to key commercial segments and industries for the UKI business.
- Identify and share best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking instrumentation, and digital channel measurement.
- Partner with global and EMEA AWS marketing teams to ensure campaign setup and execution process consistency with global practices, and to influence development and optimization of global practices based on UKI priorities.
- Develop and analyse digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital assets for example: email, landing page, and marketing activity program templates in Marketo, GoToWebinar, Intrado, Uberflip, SplashThat, Adobe CQ and other martech tools.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing stakeholders to ensure clarity on initiatives, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels.
