Large Scale Development Officer A local authority in the West Midlands are looking for a development management consultant who is experienced dealing with large scale development and commercial projects to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend. About The Role The client is looking for a candidate to come in and oversee a large-scale development, working closely with developers and leading all aspects of the project. You will have an officer below you assisting with the project, but experience dealing with large scale projects is a necessity. The role will require in person meetings with developers and to attend site visits on an infrequent basis. About The Candidate The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience in dealing with large scale developments, being able to lead such a project.
