Your new company

I am working with a Cosmetic and Beauty Retail company based in Central London with operations in the UK and internationally hiring a qualified Accountant to join the business as a Finance Analyst. You will be working for a collaborative and supportive business that promotes career progression, reporting into the Head of Finance.

Your new role

• Financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;
• Monitoring of KPIs;
• Variance analysis to explain budget vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions;

What you’ll need to succeed

• ACA qualified from a Top 4, straight from practice or with industry experience;
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis;
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations;
• Industry experience within the Retail sector is preferred.
